FAQ’S

  • Galleries will be delivered within 14 business days of the session date.

  • Yes. All galleries are linked to a professional printing lab and can be ordered straight from your gallery and delivered to your address.

  • Whatever you'd like! You can wear your flannel, fancy holiday attire, or Christmas pajamas. I want this experience to be unique to you and your style and welcome all looks.

  • Each session is for your immediate family only (up to 5 people). If you would like a picture with cousins, grandchildren, family friends, or anyone outside of your immediate family, they will need to schedule their own session right before or after yours.

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your session time. This will you give you time to park and get everyone out and ready for the session. My mini sessions are booked back-to-back. If you are late to your appointment, this will cut into your session time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will not move forward with your session and you will forfeit your appointment time.

  • I kindly ask that you don't. Cameras and video recorders are not allowed in shooting area. You are paying to have pictures of your kids professionally taken, I want you to enjoy the moment without having to look through a lens! This can also be a distraction to the kids and then they end up looking at the wrong camera.

  • Then your child cries! Let's be honest, some of the best photos with Santa are images with crying children. I never want to traumatize any child and will never try to force any child to interact with Santa or "sit on Santa's lap." I will work with every child and do my very best to capture beautiful images within the time frame given. 

  • Yes, all galleries include a copyright release.

  • YES!! My Santa has decades of experience working with children. He is absolutely wonderful and I am so honored to have him.
